Overview: We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Product Manager to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce particularly in ServiceCloud and Salesforce CRM. Additionally expertise in telephony/chatbot integration international Salesforce CRM/Service Cloud implementation and familiarity with Salesforce B2B Commerce/CloudCraze is highly desirable. As a Salesforce Product Manager you will be responsible for driving the roadmap and strategy for Salesforce solutions delegating tasks to an admin and developer and managing vendor relationships.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Salesforce specifically in ServiceCloud and Salesforce CRM.
• Understanding of telephony/chatbot integration within the Salesforce environment.
• Experience with international implementations of Salesforce CRM/Service Cloud.
• Some exposure to Salesforce B2B Commerce/CloudCraze.
• Proven ability to drive roadmap and strategy for Salesforce solutions.
• Strong delegation skills with the ability to manage tasks effectively between an admin and developer.
• Essential vendor management skills.
