Overview:
We are seeking a talented Salesforce Solution Architect with a strong background in Sales Engineering particularly in Financial Service Cloud and Vlocity to join our dynamic team. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely encapsulated within the esteemed environment of Accenture.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives translating them into effective Salesforce solutions.
Design and architect scalable highperformance Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
Provide expertise in implementing and configuring Financial Service Cloud and Vlocity products.
Lead and mentor a team of developers and consultants ensuring best practices and highquality deliverables.
Drive the endtoend solution delivery process from requirements gathering to implementation and deployment.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements manage expectations and ensure successful project outcomes.
Serve as a subject matter expert in Salesforce platform capabilities guiding clients on best practices and innovative solutions.
Conduct workshops demos and presentations to showcase Salesforce solutions and capabilities.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect with expertise in Sales Engineering.
Strong understanding of Financial Service Cloud and Vlocity products with handson implementation experience.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect are highly preferred.
Proficiency in Salesforce configuration customization and integration capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
Strong leadership abilities with a track record of successfully leading and mentoring teams.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
Experience working within Accenture or similar consulting firms is a plus.
