Performance Marketer

Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Plan execute and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels including search engines social media email and mobile platforms.
• Data Analysis: Regularly analyze campaign performance data to identify trends insights and opportunities for optimization and growth.
• ROI Optimization: Continuously test and optimize marketing tactics for better return on investment using A/B testing conversion rate optimization and other analytical methods.
• Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and manage the marketing budget to maximize campaign performance and achieve marketing objectives.
• SEO and Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO strategies that increase visibility and drive traffic to our website.
• Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with the product design and sales teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals and customer insights.
• Performance Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders offering actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
• Market Research: Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
• Experience: Proven track record of success in performance marketing particularly in a technology or software company.
• Skills:Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Google Analytics AdWords Facebook Ads Manager).
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in SEO content marketing email marketing and social media.
• Certifications: Certifications in Google Analytics Google Ads Facebook Blueprint or similar are highly desirable.
