Director of Delivery

1. Leadership and Strategy

Lead the Engineering team Establish and Scale the eCommerce practice and client servicing operations.
Develop and execute strategies for client acquisition and retention in the eCommerce domain.
Drive innovation and optimize processes for efficient platform development and deployment.

2. Technical Expertise

Oversee the endtoend development of eCommerce platforms for clients ensuring highquality delivery and adherence to project timelines.
Provide technical guidance and expertise in designing and implementing robust scalable and secure eCommerce solutions.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of eCommerce platforms with client requirements.

3. Infrastructure Management and Security

Manage internal infrastructure information assets and IT systems to ensure smooth operations and data security.
Implement and maintain robust security measures and compliance standards to safeguard client data and company assets.
Stay updated on technological advancements and recommend improvements in infrastructure and security protocols.

Requirements

Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field. An MBA is a plus.
10 years of experience in engineering leadership roles preferably within the eCommerce industry or related digital domains.
Proven track record in successfully establishing and scaling eCommerce practices and managing client relationships.
Strong technical expertise in eCommerce platform development cloud technologies security and compliance.
Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a diverse engineering team.
Uptodate knowledge of industry trends best practices and emerging technologies.
