Pay Rate: $ 40.00 / hour
We have partnered with a large HVAC company in the Denver CO area to provide them with BAS Controls Service Technician. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.
Prioritized Must Have Skills of the BAS Controls Service Technician:
#1. Must have the Niagara 4 JCI or Distech software experience. (certification preferred)
#2. Must have a minimum of 5 years experience as Control Integrator/programmer.
#3. Must have PC experience.
#4. Must possess a valid drivers license.
#5. No more than 3 jobs in the last 10yrs.
Responsibilities of the BAS Controls Service Technician:
Requirements of the BAS Controls Service Technician:
- Associate degree in one of the following disciplines:
- Electronics or Electrical Technology
- Mechanical Technology
- Computer technology
- Air Conditioning Technology
- In lieu of college degree listed above equivalent of 3 to 5 years experience HVAC mechanical and/or control systems.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as Control Integrator/programmer as related to service and maintenance.
- PC experience required.
- Must possess a valid drivers license and currently maintain a safe driving record as required by the companys insurance provider.
Other Key Requirements:
- Project Base role
- No sponsorships or visa holders. No CorptoCorp.
