Project Scope / Components:

New system is a manufacturing execution system

Paper records now going electronic

This will be in SAP certain data and fields that link to new system

Needs to edit data and make sure it aligns with new system expectations vs what is listed in the paper docs

Bills of materials (BOM) and quality mdm

Over 100 pieces that need to be changed/investigated

Team Size & Breakdown:

2 now looking to add the 2

HighLevel Individual Duties:

Workflow will be a lot of file dumps

1. Meetings to determine actual changes
2. Working with pcs and manufacturing teams on these changes
3. Then they will get a large log of changes dumped on them and they work through

Very hands down role not working a lot with managers but will be interacting with change agents on team so needs to still have solid communication

bills of material (BOM) list of component materials that go into making something each product is listed and numbered in each BOM need to make sure they correspond and link to recipes on how to process need to make sure sequence of steps make sense look what was written needs to change go into SAP and set up that change and stage them to be effective and active for golive
