AS400 & Content Management Systems Engineer What you can expect: Provide support and resolution for AS400/IBM VIP DocManager and Content Management Systems. Manage severity level 15 issues and assist with change management tasks. Participate in routine production issue resolution vulnerability management and patching. Support server and application patching efforts and implement performance improvement initiatives. Collaborate with application teams and OS (AS400 and Windows) teams for troubleshooting and support. Understand business processes navigate around DocView to find required information; Perform routine housekeeping and health check monitoring in AS400 and Windows OS Server and Application environments. Monitor application services file transfer batch processes backup jobs and log archive; Respond to security requirements and changes and ensure their application to systems. Conduct service account revalidation exercises as required. Assist with audit reviews and ensure compliance with audit requirements. Identify opportunities for middleware enhancements performance tuning and server hardening via automation. Contribute to groupwide and teamwide improvement initiatives. Ensure ongoing conformance to processes and compliance with MMC standards.

What you need to have:
- Strong experience with VIP DocManager and content management systems.
- Strong knowledge of AS400 and navigation.
- Proficiency in SQL building and executing queries.
- Basic coding understanding (batch files CL PowerShell .Net etc.).
- Experience providing incident ticket support for web applications (Weblogic Tomcat) on Oracle Linux or Solaris operating systems.
- Experience with file transfer via Globalscape.
- Experience working with complex systems and related processes.
- Familiarity with Windows Server administration.
- Logical thinking for complex systems.
- Detailoriented with the ability to manage large amounts of data movement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good skills navigating complicated Excel spreadsheets.
- Flexibility and agility in adapting to evolving priorities and tasks.
- Willingness to work in different US time zones and be on call for urgent matters.
