Managing Director

We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Managing Director to lead our global team and drive the company to new heights. You will play a pivotal role in setting the strategic direction driving growth and overseeing the daytoday operations of the company. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance profitability customer satisfaction and brand recognition in the competitive Forex industry.

Tasks

• Develop and communicate the companys vision and mission.
• Create and implement a comprehensive strategic plan in alignment with the companys goals and industry trends.
• Make critical decisions to drive the companys global success.
• Oversee the daytoday operations including trading activities risk management and compliance.
• Optimize processes to ensure operational efficiency and minimize risks.
• Monitor market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Manage the companys financial health including budgeting forecasting and financial reporting.
• Ensure profitability while maintaining a high level of risk management.
• Foster strong relationships with financial institutions and partners.
• Help to recruit develop and manage a highperforming team of professionals.
• Provide guidance mentoring and leadership to motivate and inspire the team.
• Promote a culture of excellence accountability and innovation.
• Implement and update compliance policies and procedures as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Address client concerns and issues promptly and professionally.
• Develop strategies to expand the client base and increase market share.
• Stay abreast of market trends competitive forces and emerging technologies.
• Identify opportunities for product and service innovation.
• Drive research and development initiatives to stay ahead in the industry.

Requirements

• Proven track record of successful leadership in the Forex industry ideally in a senior management role.
• Indepth knowledge of Forex trading financial markets and related regulations.
• Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
• Excellent financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and financial performance.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in risk management and compliance practices.
• Strong teambuilding and leadership capabilities.
• A bachelors degree in finance business or a related field (MBA or relevant certifications are a plus).
• An entrepreneurial and innovative mindset.
