Data Entry Clerk

5 Real Estate is Spains fastest growing fixedfee international estate agent. We sell houses for 999 iva with no upfront costs and a full estate agency service. With 13 offices in the Costa Blanca and Murcia Region and more on the way we are quickly becoming the go to agent in the region. We require a Data Entry Clerk located in our established Head Office in Los Dolses Villamartin.

Tasks

• Uploading data documents images and property descriptions to the database
• Type in data provided directly from clients and internal Property Listers
• Ensure all data is added correctly and in a timely manner
• Data should be added according to internal processes and procedures
• Update existing data
• Work closely with the property listing team to ensure the correct data is added to the database

Requirements

• Professional experience within a similar role
• Experience with computer systems and CRM systems
• Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
• Great attention to detail
