CEO - Multifamily Real Estate Development

Seeking an entrepreneurial handson CEO to lead and grow our real estate client as if its your own. You will have full P&L responsibility and be accountable for the companys overall operations growth and financial performance.

Key duties include:

• Developing the strategic vision for the company and leading execution of short and longterm plans
• Making highlevel decisions on new products services partnerships and other growth initiatives
• Directly managing a small team of managers overseeing operations marketing finance HR etc.
• Overseeing budgeting financial planning and ensuring sound financial management
• Serving as the face of the company and managing external partnerships and relationships
• Promoting an ownership culture and motivating the team to achieve business goals

You have experience wearing multiple hats and driving growth through innovation calculated risktaking and sheer determination to succeed. Qualifications:

• 10 years of multifamily real estate experience
• Minimum 5 years of Sr. Management role
• Bachelors degree in business management accounting or finance.
