• 68 Years in Quality in Manufacturing (Automotive / Auto Components)
• IATF audit and process experience and having internal auditor certificate preferred.
• B. Tech Electrical / Mechanical

• Develop implement and maintain the companys quality management system (QMS) in accordance with industry standards including ISO 9001 IATF 16949 or similar quality management frameworks.
• Lead and mentor the quality assurance team providing guidance training and support to ensure a culture of quality excellence and continuous improvement.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) metrics and targets to track quality performance analyze trends and drive corrective actions as necessary.
• Conduct internal audits of quality management processes systems and procedures to verify compliance with regulatory requirements and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate external audits and assessments by regulatory agencies customers and thirdparty certification bodies ensuring successful outcomes and timely resolution of findings.
• Manage the companys corrective and preventive action (CAPA) process including root cause analysis corrective action planning implementation and effectiveness verification.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including manufacturing engineering supply chain and customer service to resolve quality issues implement process improvements and prevent recurrence.
• Ensure effective implementation and maintenance of quality control tools and techniques such as statistical process control (SPC) failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) and quality planning.
• Monitor and analyze product and process nonconformances leading investigations implementing corrective actions and driving continuous improvement initiatives to prevent recurrence.
• Communicate with customers regarding quality concerns complaints and corrective actions fostering positive relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Bachelors degree in engineering quality management or related field. Advanced degree (MBA MS) preferred.
• Proven experience in quality management roles within the manufacturing industry preferably in automotive or related sectors.
• Comprehensive knowledge of quality management systems standards and regulatory requirements including ISO 9001 IATF 16949 APQP PPAP and MSA.
• Experience in conducting internal audits external audits and supplier assessments preferably with IATF audit and process experience.
• Certified internal auditor for quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001 IATF 16949) is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in quality control tools and techniques such as SPC FMEA control plans root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze data identify trends and implement effective solutions to improve quality performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance in quality management processes and documentation.
• Proven leadership ability with experience leading teams driving change management initiatives and fostering a culture of quality excellence and continuous improvement
