Rules & Responsibilities:

• Accounting: Ensuring day to day accounting payments & receivables. Update & reconcile all financial accounts of the Company are regularly adhering to company policies and processes.
  

• MIS: Develop and implement effective MIS functions. Undertake preparing monthly MIS reports to facilitate decisionmaking processes.
  

• Compliances: Be responsible for all kinds of compliances Taxation (Direct and Indirect) including but not limited to GST TDS Income tax secretarial compliances factory compliances and payroll processing
  

• Audits: Work closely with the auditors to finalise accounts and to address issues constructively and gaps identified by them.
  

• Banking: Bank reconciliation statements and liaison with the banks for various purposes.
  

• Finalization: Prepare P&L Balance sheet and manage finalisation of accounts.
  

• Team Building: Be a team player and to continuously work towards developing skills of all the team members to increasing productivity on a continuous basis.
  

• Must have working knowledge of SAP 1

Requirements

The incumbent must be a CA with min. 5yrs of experience in manufacturing industry with expertise in Accounting MIS Taxation Compliances Audit P&L Balance sheet Finalisation etc. Must be well versed with SAP 1 ERP.
