Role Description

We are seeking a parttime Recruiter who can help us identify attract and hire toptier talent across a variety of industries and levels. As a Recruiter you will work closely with the hiring manager to understand staffing needs source and screen candidates conduct interviews and facilitate the hiring process. This is a fulltime remote role.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in recruiting or HR
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including experience communicating with hiring managers and candidates
  
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing strategies
  
• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
