Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of quality assurance strategies and processes.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to establish and enforce quality standards and procedures.
• Conduct quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide guidance and support to quality assurance team members.
• Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to drive decisionmaking.
• Manage the investigation and resolution of quality issues and nonconformances.
• Lead and contribute to root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives.
• Implement and maintain testing tools and technologies to support quality objectives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and efficiency enhancements.
• Participate in risk management activities and develop mitigation strategies.
• Conduct training and workshops on quality principles and best practices.
• Lead and support qualityrelated project initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality management.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or related field.
• 5 years of experience in quality assurance and testing roles.
• Proven leadership experience in a quality engineering capacity.
• Demonstrated expertise in quality management systems and methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of testing tools and technologies.
• Exceptional problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Excellent understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Ability to drive process improvement and change management initiatives.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Certifications such as Six Sigma Lean or Quality Management are a plus.
• Experience in the development and implementation of quality metrics and KPIs.
• Proficiency in risk management and root cause analysis techniques.
• Ability to mentor and coach quality assurance team members.
• Thorough understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and product quality.
