Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits Module Specialist to join our team. As a specialist in Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits you will play a crucial role in leading client engagements and effectively managing the implementation of the Benefits module.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage client engagements related to the Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits module ensuring successful implementation and configuration.
Utilize your expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits to guide clients and provide effective solutions tailored to their specific needs.
Communicate and collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
Configure and customize the Oracle HCM Cloud system ensuring seamless integration and adherence to client expectations.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients handling all communication and effectively addressing their concerns or inquiries.
Provide guidance and support to clients during testing deployment and postimplementation phases ensuring a smooth transition.
Stay updated on the latest features and enhancements in Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits sharing knowledge with both clients and the internal team.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of handson experience working specifically with Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits.
Proven ability to lead and manage client engagements delivering successful outcomes.
Strong expertise in configuring and customizing the Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits module to meet client requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients.
Strong problemsolving abilities with a strategic mindset to identify and implement optimal solutions.
