Assistant Manager HR

Recruitment (70%):
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Source candidates through various channels including job boards social media networking events and employee referrals.
Screen resumes conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate the interview process.
Manage the endtoend recruitment process including job postings candidate communication and offer negotiations.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future staffing needs.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve hiring processes.

HR Operations (30%):
Assist with HR administrative tasks including maintaining employee records updating HR databases and preparing HRrelated reports.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes including conducting orientation sessions and exit interviews.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies procedures and benefits.
Assist in performance management processes including goal setting performance evaluations and employee development plans.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
