Vice President Loan Servicing amp Collections

Leveraging its years of underwriting process collection licensing and compliance expertise the Company also provides servicing for consumer lending companies.

Due to their continued growth there is an immediate need to attract a VP of Loan Servicing & Collections.

Requirements:

• 10 years in credit and collections in call center environment which should include:
• 5 years of team management experience in a loan servicing call center
• 2 years experience with dialer software IVR and customer selfservice platforms
• 2 years overseeing collections vendors
• 3 years of experience with loan compliance
• Extensive experience with data analysis (metrics/ analytics) establishing procedures building infrastructure in loan servicing
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Ability to work onsite in the office for majority of time
