Job Summary:

Our client is looking to hire a Barista to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages including various types of coffee and tea.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop a range of creative cocktails and demonstrate barista skills to enhance the overall dining experience for guests.
  
• Maintain personal hygiene adhere to dress code and follow safety protocols.
  
• Ensure the crockery cutlery and glassware are clean and polished before service.
  
• I am correctly taking food and drink orders and communicating the order details to the kitchen staff.
  
• Prepare and serve cocktails/Coffee with precision and creativity.
  
• Control breakages of operating equipment and participate in stocktaking as required.
  
• Promote special dishes beverages or desserts to guests and upsell other products/services including cocktails and beverages.
  
• Participating in incentives to drive sales and promote caf
  
• Taking customer orders promptly
  
• Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure correct meals are delivered.
