Company Overview:
YO HR CONSULTANCY operates in the consultancy industry and is known for providing topnotch staffing solutions in the market.

Role and Responsibilities:
As a Lead Salesforce Business Analyst the candidate will be responsible for interacting with UK/USA clients writing user stories and handling projects of the product development team. They will guide the team and FTE businesses to improve business processes and efficiency in Salesforce. The role involves eliciting documenting and analyzing requirements around business challenges and producing datadriven solutions. Additionally the candidate will analyze realtime and historical data on operational performance and customer experience as well as generate and modify user dashboards. They will also coordinate with Salesforce administration and development teams to take ownership of technical delivery and escalate roadblocks. The role requires technical leadership including setting best practices in integration application development deployment and testing. The candidate will identify and drive continuous improvements in the CRM technology participate in all aspects of CRM changes and have strong business analysis and functional experience.

Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have 710 years of experience with a minimum of 5 years in Salesforce business analysis. They should possess experience in translating business requirements into functional and technical requirements and test scripts as well as acting as a single point of contact between the business and technical team. The candidate should enable functional delivery and be responsible for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) rollout. Moreover they should have experience in reviewing business cycle reports and owning the design development and maintenance of ongoing metrics reports analyses and dashboards.
