Electrical Engineer

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Designing testing and troubleshooting electrical systems and components
• Developing and implementing efficient electrical control systems
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical systems with overall project objectives
• Ensuring compliance with electrical codes and standards
• Preparing and presenting technical reports on project outcomes
• Conducting feasibility studies for new electrical systems
• Participating in onsite installation and commissioning activities
• Overseeing project budgets and timelines
• Providing technical support and guidance to junior team members
• Monitoring and enhancing the performance of existing electrical systems
• Collaborating with suppliers and contractors to source components and services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred
• 3 years of experience in electrical system design and development
• Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience with project management and budgeting
• Understanding of safety and quality control processes
• Adaptability to changing project requirements and deadlines
• Knowledge of sustainable and energyefficient electrical design practices
• Continual learning and staying current with industry trends and advancements
