1. Supervision and Leadership:

• Provide leadership and guidance to the bartending team.

1. Bar Maintenance:

• Oversee cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Maintain and troubleshoot bar equipment such as taps blenders and refrigerators.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team for repairs and upgrades.

1. Collaboration with Management:

• Work closely with the management team to develop and implement barrelated policies and procedures.
• Provide input on marketing and promotional activities to enhance bar revenue.

• Proven experience as a Bartender with additional experience in a supervisory or senior role.
• Extensive knowledge of mixology beverage trends and customer preferences.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a highpressure environment.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• TIPS or equivalent alcohol training certification.
• Additional certifications in mixology or bartending are a plus.
