Job Summary

Replacement of scrum master during maternity leave taking on the responsibility of supporting existing two teams and continuing the structure and work already initiated.

This SEB team are providing digital enablers to all of SEB for both private and corporate customers. Their services comprise of issuing of electronic identifications login as a service and signing as a service through different methods. SEB is looking for someone who is receptive and can continue to work within the structure that has already been initiated.

Skills/Experience needed

Your mission as a Scrum Master is to lead the team forward by coaching the team planning and executing on our product owners backlog and constantly find ways to remove obstacles and barriers for the team.

You are an experienced Scrum Master.

You possess communicative skills a keen ear to pick up needs from the team and a will to encourage dialogue.

You are selfdriven and have a proactive approach.

You have an interest for and understanding of business needs and good collaborative skills.

SEB also expect you to take active accountability of your work and for the team s performance to deliver high quality.

You will work closely in collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Solution Architects Managers and Product Owners as well as the team of course.

You are a positive service minded team player contributing to the teams success.

Background Check

SEB is a financial institute where confidence is of great importance. A high ethical standard is an integrated part and for that reason SEB has specific consultant requirements regarding security.

All staff provided by an external company to SEB shall be in line with the following screening before they can start:

Confirm identification Verify the consultant s identity by a valid ID

Confirm education Verify the highest level of education on the consultant s CV

Confirm previous employments At least two references from previous employers must be contacted personally

Check of financial background Verify the consultant s financial background by a credit register check UC

Business engagement Check for possible consultant s business engagements and eventual previous liquidations

Check of criminal record The consultant must order and present his /her criminal record

Work Mode: Hybrid (3days onsite per week and 2 days remote)
