Sales Officer Home loans

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and customers
• Meet and exceed sales targets for home loan products
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers
• Assist clients in completing loan applications and documentation
• Conduct financial analysis and assess customer eligibility for home loans
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve any customer queries or issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the sales process
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree
• Prior experience in sales preferably in the financial sector
• Strong understanding of home loan products and industry regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to conduct financial analysis and assess customer eligibility
• Knowledge of CRM software and sales management tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good negotiation and problemsolving skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
