Job Title: Head of Sales GCC/GIC/Captives

Location: Mumbai/ Delhi/Bangalore/Noida

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to take on the role of Head to manage the GIC/GCC/Captive business for one of Clients. As a key member of the leadership team you will be responsible for driving innovation managing the P&L for India and scaling our companys capabilities across GCC in India.

Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee all Capability and Innovations Hubs globally ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

Manage the P&L for India focusing on Captive/GIC business and drive initiatives to achieve sustainable growth and profitability.

Develop and implement strategic plans to scale the companys presence in India GCC and with global clients.

Foster a culture of innovation collaboration and excellence within the Capability and Innovations Hubs.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify market trends customer needs and emerging technologies to stay ahead in the industry.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders clients and partners.

We are looking for (Essential on arrival)


Proven leadership experience in a global role preferably in a similar capacity within the IT and digital services industry (Pref Tier 1 or Tier 2).

Familiarity with the India GCC and global business landscape.

Strong understanding of business operations P&L management and experience driving profitable growth.

Exceptional strategic thinking and planning skills with a track record of successfully scaling business units.

Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA or equivalent advanced degree in business or a related field.

Experience working in a digital services or IT consulting environment.

Working Conditions:
