DevOps Engineer

Role:
The teams main responsibility is to provide services such as Gerrit (a version control system) and Jenkins (build automation). These Javabased tools are widely used by several thousands of developers within Volvo Cars. The team is committed to making their users lives easier by continuously improving and automating the services provided. Volvo Cars currently has five devops engineers in the team who specialize in working with technologies and platforms such as Azure Kubernetes and FluxCD.

Essential requirements:

• Linux.
• Git.
• CI/CD.
• Bash.
• Kubernetes and Docker.

Meritorious:

• Azure Cloud and Azure managed services
• Experience in GitOps and GitOps operators like Helm and Flux CD
• Kubernetes
• Gerrit
• Jenkins
• Good knowledge of highavailability applications
• Python
