Become our HR & Recruitment Specialist leading the charge in finding exceptional individuals who will help our company grow. Your mission is to spot top talent and ensure a smooth hiring process that aligns with our values.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Collaborate with teams and hiring managers to drive recruitment efforts.

Scout and engage talented individuals for current and future roles.

Oversee the hiring process from start to finish from assessments to offers.

Guide and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Use various platforms (social media job portalsetc) to find potential candidates.

Review applications and conduct interviews.

Improve the candidate experience strategies.

Attend online career fairs and industry events.

Boost Linkage Web Solutions reputation as an employer of choice.

Assist in recruitment tasks: posting jobs scheduling interviews and managing candidate records.

Aid in onboarding new employees and handle benefits inquiries.

Help coordinate employee training programs.

Support with employee inquiries and HR matters.

Manage executive team calendars and appointments.

**Qualifications:**

Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management.

5 years of Talent Acquisition or similar HR experience.

Strong understanding of recruiting and branding techniques.

Familiarity with various selection methods and recruitment tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Type:** Fulltime

**Salary:** Php25000.00 Php42000.00 per month
