Facility Management employee

• Maintenance and minor repairs to buildings and facilities
  
• Documentation of repaired damages using a computer
  
• Coordination of external service providers and craftsmen
  
• Care of green areas including winter snow service as needed
  
• Responsible for cleanliness and order around buildings/yard
  
• Working 40 hours/week
  

• Will be provided from 300500 Euro /month deducted from the salary. Comfortable apartments with necessary utensils and WiFi. The workplace can be reached by foot bicycle or public transport.

Requirements

• 2 years of vocational training (diploma or certificate) with a TVETAcertified institute as a fitter building technician or aligned field 2 years of work experience.
  
• High customer orientation precise work style proficiency in MS Office forklift experience B DLicense
  
• Structured efficient reliable communicative personality
  
• German: B1 exam required and English fluency
