About the profile

Our company is rapidly growing and now we are looking for a Middle Microsoft Administrator to join our team of professionals. As a Microsoft Administrator you will be responsible of IT Infrastructure support (L2L3) working together with a team of IT Professionals.

Tasks

• DesignDeploySupport the IT Infrastructure solutions based on the Microsoft Technology Stack
• Troubleshooting complex issues L2L3 support

Requirements

• Must have

• Good communication and interpersonal skills processoriented approach ability to create documentation and knowledge base articles

• 3 years of experience in delivering solutions based on one of the major Microsoft Infrastructure technologies:

• Azure Cloud Microsoft 365

• Modern Workplace (SCCM andor Intune)

• Windows Server Platform

• Any of the following would be beneficial:

• Practical understanding of the backup and disaster recovery solutions

• Handson experience of installing configuring and managing the infrastructure monitoring solutions

• Experience in PowerShell scripting and automation.

• Understanding of the ITIL ITSM methodology (Incidents Problems Service Requests Change Management CMDB etc.)
