• Lead a team of mathematical modelers to design and implement models to solve complex problems in various industries, including finance, healthcare, and engineering.
  
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and identify data sources and variables needed to build models.
  
• Design and test mathematical models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  
• Analyze and interpret results of models and present findings to clients and stakeholders.
  
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in mathematical modeling techniques.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards for modeling and data privacy.
  
• Provide guidance and feedback to team members to improve their skills and performance.
  
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate models into existing systems and processes.
  
• Maintain project timelines and budgets, and communicate progress to clients and stakeholders.
  
• Develop and maintain documentation of the modeling process, assumptions, and limitations.
  
• Manage and oversee the hiring and training of new team members.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  
• 1+ years of experience in mathematical modeling, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful models.
  
• 1+ years of experience in team management and project management.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Proficiency in mathematical modeling software and programming languages such as Python or R.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex information to clients and stakeholders.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and ethical standards related to modeling and data privacy.
