Tasks

• Audits: Collaborate with auditors support audit processes.
• Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and execute longterm financial strategies analyze metrics forecast trends and identify opportunities.
• Financial Management & Reporting: Oversee accurate and timely financial reports streamline processes and communicate complex data clearly.
• IndustrySpecific Expertise: Navigate iGaming regulations analyze player behavior and monitor industry trends.
• Internal Controls & Compliance: Design and implement controls foster ethical practices and conduct audits.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead mentor and empower your team promote collaboration and plan for succession.
• Adhoc duties: Seek opportunities for process improvement reconcile payments and assist the CFO as needed.

Requirements

• Advanced MS Office skills including Excel.
• Experience in preparing Board packs and reports.
• Proficiency in Sage QuickBooks and Xero.
• CA qualification or 5 years in a senior financial role preferably in iGaming.
• Success in managing complex financial operations implementing controls and accurate reporting.
• Analytical and problemsolving skills with exemplary communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in financial modeling forecasting and budgeting tools in iGaming.
• Deep understanding of accounting principles financial regulations and iGaming compliance.
• Passion for the iGaming industry and contributing to Dream Teams growth.
