LIGENTEC is a fastgrowing European company with headquarter in Lausanne Switzerland. Since 2021 we expanded our manufacturing capabilities by creating LIGENTEC France in the South of Paris. We specialize in the design & manufacturing of Photonic Integrated Circuits (PICs) for customers in hightech areas such as Quantum Technologies LiDAR Space Technologies and Biosensors.

LIGENTEC AllNitride (AN) technology enables our customers to develop their products in the Industrial Revolution 4.0.

To support our continued growth we are looking for a:

Marketing Manager

Tasks

• Oversee all marketing campaigns for the company
• Enforce company branding internally and externally with branding rules
• Design and order marketing and branded materials
• Creation of video and photo content creation to be released through the companys promotional channels
• Responsible for companys social media accounts and Google Marketing tools
• Monitoring and analysis of data from marketing activities
• Maintain relation to press consortia media organizations and advertising agencies
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies
• Organize and budget planning for events and exhibitions
• Reporting to senior leadership

Requirements

• 35 years of experience in relevant field
• Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
• Working proficiency in English
• Solution and goal oriented
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively
• Familiarity with the latest trends technologies and methodologies in graphic design web design production etc.
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence tools is a plus
• Technical / scientific marketing experience is a plus
• Organizational experience for event planning is a plus
