responsible for applying, obtaining, renewing all kind of visas, residence permits, change of sponsorships pertaining to Immigration and Labour department as and when required.Other Services:

Arranging Exit permits, RP Cancellations, Reporting absconders to Follow up & Search dept.

Employment Contract attestations, RP validity extensions, attending labour disputes etc.Responsible to obtain and renew all necessary Company licenses from various government departments as per the requirement inclusive of Ministry of Chamber of Commerce and Department of Municipalitie.

Coordinate with HR to assist and guide employees in First Medical ,Finger Print process, Food Handler Medical and follow up for the result and FHM certificate in Medical Commission, apply, obtain and renew

Health Cards as per the demand.Coordinate with HR on vehicle technical passing/renewals of registrations on time to avoid penalty.Coordinate with Water and Electricity department for required connections/disconnections as and when required for the Company owned/leased accommodations.
