Job Description
We are looking for someone who will be responsible for gathering and entering information into Excel and other programs ensuring accuracy always.

- Ensures accurate data entry
- Able to provide excellent customer service
- Adept in corresponding professionally both by telephone and email
- Attention to detail in repetitive work e.g. checking websites for delivery orders
- Able to prioritize workload with strong organizational skills
- Assisting others in department when needed
- Willing to learn
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate individual
- Complete interoffice mail runs on a rotating basis
- Must maintain a positive outlook and be a team player
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must have knowledge of Excel
- Data Entry accuracy of 100%
- Must be able to type 5060 words per minute
- One years previous customer service experience required
- Previous experience in the transportation industry preferred but not required
- Knowledge of local Ports or familiarity with imports and exports a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Meticulous hardworking and detail oriented
