Position: Recruitment Analyst Intern

Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on various job boards and platforms.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes to identify potential candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment systems.
- Participate in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with the HR team to streamline recruitment processes.
- Assist in analyzing recruitment data and preparing reports.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge or interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
