Risk Management Associate

• Assist the corporation in minimizing or eliminating risks associated with operational financial and technological business processes.
  
• Identify assess and manage risks inherent in daily operations implementing strategies to mitigate potential issues.
  
• Enhance internal controls and corporate assurance frameworks to fortify risk management strategies.
  
• Collaborate with various teams to analyze and address the companys hazards identifying and capitalizing on risky opportunities.
  
• Develop and implement risk management policies ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  
• Provide expertise and support in risk assessment offering recommendations for improvement.
  
• Contribute to the development of risk models and methodologies to evaluate risks effectively.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends regulations and best practices in risk management to continuously enhance the companys risk mitigation strategies.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in Risk Management within a financial organization.
  
• FRMII certificate from GARP; or CFAII or III Charter holder from CFA Institute USA.
  
• Strong understanding of financial markets risk assessment techniques and regulatory requirements.
  
• Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities capable of collaborating across departments.
  
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment managing multiple priorities effectively.
