IT Unit Lead

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of IT initiatives aligning with organizational objectives.
  
• Oversee the IT infrastructure ensuring reliability performance and security of all IT systems.
  
• Develop IT policies and procedures promoting best practices and compliance throughout the organization.
  
• Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers negotiating contracts and overseeing implementation of IT solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in IT or related field.
  
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
  
• ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library).
  
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
  
• MS Azure Solutions Architect Expert Certificate.
  

• Exceptional leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
  
• Excellent communication skills facilitating effective collaboration across departments.
  
• Robust problemsolving skills with a track record of handling complex IT challenges.
  
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  
• Fluency in English and Arabic with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  

• Advanced knowledge of IT infrastructure including network architecture data centers and cloud services.
  
• Proven experience in leading an IT team managing largescale IT projects and driving digital transformation.
  
• Expertise in cybersecurity measures with the ability to develop and enforce robust security protocols.
  
• Mastery of IT operations including service desk management IT governance and vendor relationships.
  
• Proficiency in IT management software and tools with a strong background in systems integration and optimization.
