Main Responsibilities:
- Drive Insurance business across the vertical as a cross-sell product and achieve cross-sell targets for the period.
- Build relationships with Insurance company representatives in the region to ensure efficient service delivery terms.
- Interact with Insurers to achieve the pricing for various policies incepted during the policy period
- Liaison with the Sales Hierarchy Zonal, Regional and Area Heads for further enhancing the business and mind
- Explain finer details of the product and proposition to the sales hierarchy with the help of the Insurance partners and in-house training teams to the existing teams and new
- Collaborate with Insurance partners and internal teams like Product, MIS, and Business to design and implement sales promotion
Key Requirements:
- Post Graduate /MBA/any other equivalent higher education qualification
- Candidates with relevant experience in driving business through Sales
- Must be IRDAI certified having a proven sales/channel management experience of at least 5
