As a Senior Integration Architect you will be responsible for overseeing, managing and designing, delivering and monitoring the overall Integration and interface landscape along with providing support and managing the Integration team. You will be responsible for developing, monitoring and managing complex healthcare Integration activities in time while keeping in mind the patient data sensitivities and security needs. You will be planning and delivering the required interfaces on time in coordination with the stake holders, conducting meetings for the requirements gathering, designing, developing, testing and rolling out interfaces on time..

Need to have 10+ years experience in developing interfaces on Rhapsody/Mirth Integration engines with HL7, XML, JAVA, FHIR, X12, PIX/PDQ, XDS.b, XDR, CCD, IHE profiles and API experience. Must be certified on Rhapsody 6.0 and higher versions with good experience working on Clinical Information systems solution like CERNER, Allscripts.Responsibilities:.

Design, Architect and build Interfaces as per the Organizations Integration strategy, business requirements and integration standards..

Monitor and manage junior Integration Architects so that we can meet the integration needs for the assigned projects and timely delivery of interfaces..

Analyse the existing system and workflows to identify integration opportunities, and challenges..

To provide an overall support and uptime for all the Interfaces and maintain an Inventory of all exiting and new interfaces..

To oversee that the interfaces are build along a standard framework and provide guidance to incorporate best practices in interface build and development.

Implement and configure the Rhapsody/ Mirth Integration Engines in a Higly Available clustered environment along with Disaster Recovery Solutions..

To Install, Upgrade and maintain the patching needs for all rhapsody/ Mirth Integration engines..

Provide proactive monitoring of the Interfaces and Integration engine to maintain a 24x7x365 availability..

Ensure the interoperability of healthcare systems, including Electronic Health Records (EHRs), Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS), Medical Devices, IOT, Pharmacy Robots, HIE and more..

Building interfaces using SOAP and RESTful Web Services, JDBC database connections using SQL, Stored procedures, and Vendor Specified API’s..

Building interfaces for RCM solutions along with CERNER Millennium and other clinical information systems, billing systems and Payment gateways..

Build Clinical and non-Clinical Data Repositories using the data feeds (HL7, XML, CSV etc..) from the Rhapsody Integration Engine..

Monitor and optimize integration solutions to enhance performance, scalability, and reliability..

Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner to minimize disruptions to healthcare operations..

Ensure that data integration solutions comply with healthcare industry standards and regulations, such as HIPAA, HL7, and DICOM.
