Construction Division Manager

Please Note: This is a supervisory position that requires good communication, organizational, and motivational skills. Construction experience a must, green industry (landscaping preferred).

Job Description

The Construction Division Manager Role will work with our Operations Department to direct and support the Construction Division field personnel to ensure efficient and profitable production of all the companys projects. You will provide timely information regarding production activities that will assist Senior management and others to make informed decisions about the company s future goals.

How You ll Do It:

• You ll always promote a safe and positive work environment.
  
• You ll be responsible for the facilitation and quality control of construction contracts.
  
• You ll direct team activities, establishing task priorities, labor hour management, scheduling, and tracking work assignments, providing guidance, and ensuring the availability of resources.
  
• Mentor Project Managers in all branch locations throughout the installation process to ensure work is performed efficiently and safely.
  

• Develop and maintain good communication, high safety standards, and positive relations with coworkers, customers, and the public.
  
• Utilize appropriate technologies to facilitate information management and record keeping.
  
• Provide knowledge on how to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  

Requirements

Skills and Experience You Offer:

• Bachelors Degree required plus five years related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
