Social Media Manager

This is a remote position.

• Work schedule 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• Responsible for management of the entire project lifecycle from project definition/scope through implementation.
  
• Responsible for creating presentations and presenting to the Steering Committee.
  
• Develop project plan and drive project milestones.
  
• Employ project management methodologies and tools, like MS Project.
  
• Identify, coordinate, and manage resources and key stakeholders for project. Ensure effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project.
  
• Manage all communication plans, training and documentation.
  
• Manage stakeholders and manage deliverables and timelines.
  
• Deliver projects on time, at/under budget and within scope.
  
• Communicate project status to all stakeholders on a regular basis throughout the lifecycle of the project.
  

• Excellent oral and written communications.
  
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills.
  
• Exceptional soft skills.
  
• Expert knowledge of MS Project, Excel, MS Word and Visio.
  
• 3-5 years of prior experience in project management is required.
  
• 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
  
• AML manager background (an asset).
  
• Anti Money Laundering (AML) experience including experience of technical API integration.
  
• Experience with Steering Committees and senior level executive leaders.
  
• Experience with Risk Management.
