What You’ll Bring:

• A valid driver's license with an insurable driving record. Your chariot awaits!
• Eagerness to invest in the tools of the trade. Your gadgets, your glory!
• A hunger for knowledge, with time spent in service training seminars and classes.
• A head for heights, working comfortably from 28’ extension ladder and 12’ step ladder.
• Proficient and safe use of power and hand tools. You're a maestro with a wrench!
• A knack for following directions, written or verbal.
• Stellar commitment to top-tier customer service. You're all about those five-star reviews!
• EPA certification and NATE Core Certification. You've got the papers to prove your mettle.
• Enrollment in an HVAC technical school and/or our in-house training programs.
• A clear demonstration of mechanical aptitude. Gears and gadgets speak to you!

Your Day-to-Day:

• Zipping from jobsite to jobsite, always on time and ready to solve the next challenge.
• Stepping up to take the wheel of the company vehicle when needed.
• Clear communication with customers, keeping them informed and impressed with our service.
• Eagerness to learn and grow, from electrical refrigeration principles to service tools and soldering skills.
• Quick and effective response to problems with company tools and/or vehicle.
• Paperwork ninja skills – service-related forms won't know what hit them!

Experience:

We are looking for a hard-working, dedicated HVAC Technician to join our growing staff. The individual in this role will be responsible for installing/repairing, heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. Candidates need to have experience handling and installing HVAC equipment.

• Split System Diagnostic: 1 to 5 years
• Package Unit Diagnostic: 1 to 5 years
• Roof Top Unit Diagnostics: 1 to 5 years
• Mini-Split Diagnostic: 1 to 5 years
• Gas Furnace Diagnostic: 1 to 5 years
• Boiler 1 to 5 years (preferred)

$23 to $45 per hour; Pay based on experience.
