Review, analyze and compare incoming quotes to determine the most appropriate. Conduct technical negotiations with the chosen insurance company to determine the best course of action. Provide technical recommendation to the procurement team and/or concerned business unit(s). Assisting the Insurance Manager in arranging (re)supporting major risk insurance. Claims analysis and cross policy checks to avoid scams that could have financial implications. Record claims as well as manage all permitted insurance claims processing. Assist all departments as needed with proof of insurance, claims and financial forecasting. Processing requests for insurance certificates and endorsements. Register and update claim board, keeping appropriate records and documentation.
