LINUX ADMINISTRATOR - SAUDI NATIONALS

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and implement scalable Linux-based solutions for our organization.
• Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot our Linux servers to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using scripting languages like Bash, Python, or Perl to streamline tasks and workflows.
• Create and manage Kubernetes clusters, including deploying and scaling containers, managing storage, and configuring networking.
• Implement security measures and best practices, including firewall configuration, access control, and patch management.
• Collaborate with developers, database administrators, and other stakeholders to support application deployments and ensure compatibility with the Linux environment.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, addressing any issues related to Linux systems, applications, or scripts.
• Create and maintain documentation for Linux systems, configurations, and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Linux administration, preferably in a production environment.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash, Python, or Perl.
• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and security best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
