Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivatedMarketing Assistant (E-commerce Operations Specialist)to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a combination of skills in shipping tasks, fulfillment of orders, Photoshop, content writing for product SKUs, and photography. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, managing the inventory, and creating content for our e-commerce store.

• Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, including picking, packing, and shipping
  
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular inventory checks
  
• Create high-quality product photographs and edit them using Photoshop
  
• Produce engaging and informative product descriptions and other content for our e-commerce store
  
• Process customer returns and refunds in a timely and efficient manner
  
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotions and campaigns
  
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via email and social media
  
• Continuously optimize the e-commerce website to improve the user experience and increase sales
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service
  
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other image editing software
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling product descriptions and other content
  
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly
  
• Experience with photography and product styling is a plus
  
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SEO is a plus
  
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Magento is a plus
