About the role:

This role will be suitable for someone with previous experience in delivering outstanding domiciliary care to vulnerable members of our community and who is looking to progress to the next stage of their career in

Our Contracted Support Workers provide support to our clients and other colleagues, in their own homes by assisting with:

• Care Assessment and Planning
  
• Quality Assurance
  
• Outings, activities, errands
  
• Grocery shopping and meal preparation
  
• Personal care requirements like showering, incontinence needs, or getting ready for the day
  
• Light household cleaning and domestic assistance
  
• Support with medication
  
• Light administrative duties
  

Ideally, you will have a full driving licence, with access to your own vehicle, however if you are comfortable on public transport and don t mind a bit of travel throughout the day, then please still get in
