This is a remote

• Working on telecom service quality assurance and anti-fraud
  
• Responsible for customer implementation projects - working closely with the customer to implement software
  
• Establishing partnerships with our client's customers business and technical teams to understand challenges and opportunities and define creative solutions to lead business
  
• Defining estimates and plans, coordinating other services team members
  
• Coordinating with the product
  
• Running customer implementation projects, requirements gathering and solution design to implementation and
  
• Developing dashboards / reports for the
  
• Ensuring that customer issues are taken care of for full
  
• Performing analysis and troubleshooting when
  

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
  

• 3 years' experience in the telecommunications industry - preferably telecom software consultancy
  
• Experience working with international customers - large and mid-size companies
  
• Knowledge in SQL, BI tools, scripting languages
  
• Highly analytical with excellent communication skills
  
• Proficiency in English in a business environment
