Exceptional opportunity for a Finance Manager for established, profitable and stable company. The individual in this key role provides support across various facets of the business, including financial reporting and analysis and coordination of forecasts and budgets. It is a hybrid working role. Compensation is up to $140k. This role is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking to get closer to the business. This position is particularly good for someone that is currently in finance / accounting looking to get more into the operation..

Responsibilities:

• Manage the budget and forecast process for the Marketing areas that includes analysis of trends and variances.


• Report on Inventory for company and dealers for internal users, providing analyses of trends and areas of opportunity.


• Work in development, calculation, reporting and payment of Sales Incentive Program


• Provide guidance and expertise to other members of the team in the area of potential cost efficiencies.


• Support month-end close processes for assigned areas. Liaise with non-financial personnel to achieve companys financial objectives.


• Develop and report on KPIs for assigned areas of financial support.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Masters in Accountancy preferred


• SAP and/or OneStream knowledge
