- Install and configure software and hardware
- Manage network servers and technology tools
- Set up accounts and workstations
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
- Troubleshoot issues and outages
- Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls
- Upgrade systems with new releases and models
- Gain an understanding of IT issues faced by end users at KFAS and properly issue work tickets for easy identification of problem.
- Provide support to end users at KFAS based on the identified issues and resolve their requests in a timely and effective manner.
- Prepare preventive and corrective maintenance schedule on computers, laptops, printers and other authorized peripheral equipment.
- Monitor customer feedback on help and support provided and continuously seek improvements – ensure that all inputs from customers are appropriately managed and learn from difficulties faced.
