Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food; Supervise kitchen staffandhelpers; Order supplies and equipment; Manage kitchen operations; Inspectkitchensand food service areas; Clean kitchen and work areas; Maintain inventory andrecordsof food, supplies and equipment; Prepare and cook complete meals or individualdishesand foods; Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate foodrequirementsand costs, and monitor and order supplies
