• Proficient in Stress analysis (Static & Fatigue) of aircraft structures
• Understanding of Engineering Drawings
• Hands on experience in CATIA V5
• Proficient in using MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint

• Boeing Design Standards & Analysis Tools
• Fleet Support Repair & Analysis
• Analysis of Boeing Converted Freighters
• Working knowledge about Federal Aviation Regulations
• Analysis and understanding about Structures Repair Manual
• Damage Tolerance & Crack Growth Analysis
• Finite Element Modelling
• Nastran, Patran, ANSYS, Hypermesh, FEMAP, Mathcad

Detailed Job Description:

• Understanding Customer Requirements
• Reviewing damages & comparison to affected structures repair manual
• Preparing repair schemes
• Reviewing affected engineering drawings
• Performing static and fatigue analysis (Hands method/Customer developed tools)
• Writing analysis and certification documents
